Paris: France

I have been watching Jose’s many European adventures from afar. Finally Jose is making it up to me by taking me to Paris! This will be a quick trip of a little over 72 hours packed with great food, shopping and design inspiration. In order to prepare for our trip we did a lot of research by asking some of our favorite food forward people and designers where to go. What we received was a dense list of goodness! So good that we would like to share these findings with all of you. (see the list below our schedule)

For all of you that are Paris experts we would love feedback from you. What would you add to our must do list? So far we have the following…

Our megalist was created by a great deal of research and the help of the following people’s recommendations Chef Joel Viehland, Gastronomes Noah (laissezfare), Steve Plotnicki and Mathilde, Photographer Thai Toutai, Style and fashion Maven Stephan. More updates to these lists as thursday comes near. At the moment we still do not have a reservation for Saturday or Sunday night. If you guys have any suggestions please let us know.
