One more year S. Pellegrino has published the 2011 top 50 restaurants in the World. Why these are the top 50 and not others? who know… but there are already some criticisms about the way to vote those restaurants, since in theory to vote a restaurant the judge suppose to have visit it during last year. As far as I know noboy presented the bills of those dinners, so who knows…
Happy to see Spanish restaurants are still on the top of the list. Maybe is because is easier to get a reservation on them?
